James is an Entrepreneur, Psychologist and Film Producer of the acclaimed documentary, "Chasing The Present". His mission is to guide others in overcoming barriers within the mind that are inhibiting emotional freedom. He addresses the individual’s root cause of his/her struggle, to better understand their feelings. Fear, anxiety, panic attacks and depression all have underlying causes. Everyone has challenges in their lives, and every client needs individualized attention and guidance to help liberate themselves from past trauma and unconscious behavior patterns.
Nawal Mustafa
Nawal Mustafa is a neuropsychologist (PhD candidate) and a health educator. She is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and tools to improve their psychological health. Her clinical interests include nervous system regulation, cognitive health, and emotional intelligence.

Getting to Bali
Traveling to Bali is an exciting journey, and getting here is straightforward. Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar is the main gateway, welcoming flights from major cities around the world. Most nationalities can enter Indonesia visa-free for up to 30 days, perfect for a short retreat. For longer stays, you can opt for a Visa on Arrival (VoA), which allows a 30-day stay and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your entry date, and have a return or onward ticket ready.
Upon landing, you’ll find a variety of transport options to reach your destination, including taxis, ride-hailing services, and private transfers. Equilibrium Bali offers convenient airport transfers to make your arrival seamless.
Bali is well-connected by road, making it easy to explore the island's stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and lush landscapes.

In late October and early November, Bali enjoys a warm and tropical climate, with temperatures typically ranging from 25°C to 30°C (77°F to 86°F). This period marks the transition from the dry season to the rainy season, so you can expect plenty of sunny days interspersed with occasional short, refreshing showers. The weather remains ideal for outdoor activities, beach relaxation, and exploring the island's vibrant culture and natural beauty. The lush landscapes and slightly cooler evenings make this a perfect time to experience Bali.
